“Home stalkers”

Films: Hunter's Moon (2020)

Alias: The Delaney Family

Type: Mystical

Location: Haunted Home

Height/Weight: That of average humans.

Affiliation: Neutral

Summary: The family that slays together stays together, as they sometimes say. And it doesn't matter if the killings are done by madmen, vampires, or in this case, werewolves. Bloodshed is inevitable, and the monsters are hungry for more.

History: After moving into a serial killer's home, the Delaneys seemed to just want a place to call their own. But there's more to it than that. This family has been afflicted with the werewolf curse, with symptoms usually showing during a full moon and when they've hit adolescence. The parents killed the murderer themselves, and are now tasking their three daughters with their first hunt when a group of rowdy boys show up. However, things don't exactly go to plan for either side...

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: One of the last surviving boys realizes that he and the others had been played for fools by the whole werewolf family. It doesn't matter, as the mom kills him in the car. Afterwards, the Delaneys decide to move out and find another degenerate-containing house somewhere in the country, wherever they may be.

Powers/Abilities: Can turn during the full moon, but only by choice.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3-The costumes aren't too shabby here. It's just a pity that we don't get to see them for a very long time. Aside from that, these werewolves come with the savagery you'd expect. Then again, this family in particular only seems to want to kill those they deem as despicable, so let's just let them go on their perpetual road trip and get rid of all the scum and villainy that plagues these lands.

Trivia: -A hunter's moon is actually another phrase for the blood moon that appears sometimes after the harvest moon in October. It is known for its orange-red glow.

-This film was also known as "The Orchard".
